Dangerous Goods Law TrainingThis Introductory course is designed for managers wanting to learn about how the Carriage of Dangerous Goods legislation affects their business. Essential for all companies who receive or consign dangerous goods in the form of products, raw materials or wastes.

Covering Dangerous Goods Safety Advisors (DGSA), Consignor's responsibilities, documentation, labelling, vehicles, packaging, TREMcards, spillages and correct storage.

The course is designed to last approximately half-a-day, and is made specific to your company.

The course examines the content and implications of current UK and international law regarding the carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (Sea and Air can be included).

Texts studied include the ADR 2007 manuals and the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004.

Candidates will be equipped with the basic know-how to use these documents, and understand their legal requirements to comply with with them.

A certificate of attendance is issued for this course.
